Founded by Rachel Dingle, who graduated from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in 2011 where she studied set and costume design, scenic art, prop construction and stage management.

Rachel has designed the set and costumes for over 100 productions; including numerous shows on the London Fringe scene, several devised pieces for Generation Arts, as well as for the National Youth Theatre and UK tours. She spent 4 years designing a wide variety of musicals and showcases at Emil Dale Academy and she also has designed for the popular TIE company White Horse Theatre in Germany.
Rachel has also worked in wardrobe for the Donmar Warehouse, run several pantomime wardrobe departments for venus such as The New Victoria in Woking, The Liverpool Empire, and Cliffs Pavilion in Southend. She has also been part of the wardrobe team at The National Theatre and altered costumes for various productions and companies including the dance troupe Diversity.
She started her career being given the chance to gain work experience with Essex-based company Bruce James Productions and at the Cliffs Pavilion in Southend.
Rachel wants Show Up Productions to continue to create theatre here in Essex.
