EMERGING CREATIVES

South Essex has a deficit of opportunities for people to gain experience working in a creative capacity in a professional theatre industry. Without having to pay substantial amounts of money in courses, there are very few ways to gain work experience in backstage roles. We are offering six opportunities on our EMERGING CREATIVE programme. These positions are paid to encourage applicants from all backgrounds. Each emerging creative will have different responsibilities - you’re welcome to apply for more than one, simply state which roles you are interested in. Each role will be mentored by a professional, so although you will have responsibility for your department you will be supported in your decisions.
